"The room was very clean but the pool area is lacking, they need to set up"

"Everything was great. Furniture, lamp shades and stuff in rooms needs some updating but it was a good stay."

"Excellent room, service from.the front desk to the bar staff to the bell hops was amazing. The in house steak&seafood restaurant was very good and the service was great. My only suggestion would be since there is a dedicated kids pool maybe those under 16 should not be in the pool by the bar. There was a lot of jumping and splashing and I was hit by balls they were throwing around twice."

"The room was clean and spacious but housekeeping only came every other day. The front desk and hospitality crew did a fantastic job getting you checked in and making sure all your questions got answered. Both pool and beach were clean and easily accessible."

"Staff was not around and very unresponsive. When we checked in we noticed that other people’s clothes had been left on a hook in the bathroom. My husband left a trimmer behind and we messaged them after we realized, with no response, to this date, weeks later. No one was ever in the office when we were there. "
