Great location near the beach. But our room was right outside the bar, A lot of noise from the bar during the day, people smoking and drinking in front of our door. Probably not the best place for a family with children. Room was clean when we arrived, but we stayed 5 nights, and they never cleaned the room. Bathroom needs upgrading.

The room was a bit dated, however, the location is great! Great view of the ocean, and located along the Hollywood Boardwalk. There was, however, an issue with the hot water during our stay. They tried to repair and were very nice about it. Great stay.

I loved the atmosphere of the place, the staff were also nice, and the location was very, very good and convenient, but the bathroom was terrible. The sink was clogged and really disgusting, and the sheets and the floor weren't clean.

This hotel did not reflect the description and pictures on Expedia. Front desk help was rude and not friendly. Our room was grimy, not well cleaned and extremely run down. The a/c was not adequate. Terrible night stay. We would have changed hotels if it had been more than one night that we needed. I don’t recommend this hotel

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, particularly the woman that checked us in (We cannot remember her name). The room was dated, and keyed locks were annoying but this was overlooked with the proximity of the beach, boardwalk and restaurants/ entertainment.

The location was perfect. Right across from the ocean and within walking distance of many beachfront restaurants. The room was quaint and the bed was comfortable. The caretakers were very friendly and hospitable. I’d stay there again 🤗

This place has character and characters. The tiki bar draws a fun local crowd. The staff is nice and helpful. We were there for Halloween, what fun! You can’t beat the views and plenty of walkable bars and restaurants nearby.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location being steps away from the sand. We stayed in the 2 queen w/ sofa bed (Room #27). Pictures on the site made it look like it was 1st floor, but it was actually on the 2nd level with the same basic layout. Sofa bed looked like it had seen better days. Had a nice cover on it that we kept on and just had our kids take turns sleeping on the cushions for a night each. The queen beds were very nice and plenty of extra pillows. Checked in late the first night after the office closed. Extra blanket had sand all over it, but they were quick to wash it the next morning. Shower takes about 3 minutes (no exaggeration) to get warm. Water pressure is fairly low, but not terrible. The weather didnt cooperate [riptide warning all 3 days - fitting given the name 😀], so we made a 2 hour drive to the West coast (Marco Island) for some swimming. Highly recommend for calmer waters. Unfortunatley, we didn't get to take in much of the tiki bar festivities or boardwalk due to the weather.

Located on the beach- as in open the door to your room and walk in to the water. But it also has some local flare - live entertainment at the bar in the hotel that the locals seem to flock to. But quiet at night when everyone is ready to sleep. We only stayed one night but it was really close to the airport and plenty of options to keep us busy

A great beachfront stay. Friendly front desk and bartenders. Beautiful view of beach. Loved the tiki bar! Also loved the iced coffee in the morning at coffee shop. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a fridge, microwave, ice in the room, cups and plates! Perfect for our little romantic beach weekend getaway.

Overall the property is in a great location. It does need a little maintenance, but since it’s right in front of the beach I will say it’s difficult to maintain it. I also think they can put a little more effort in the cleanliness, some areas of the room were not 100% clean. The staff were amazing!! And the parking is not difficult either. Will recommend it for a weekend of fun.
