「酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。」

「Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor. 」

「This hotel is very close to the Earl court Station. Has many shops around. The rooms are clean and you’ve got everything in there what you need. The hotel staff is very friendly and so helpful. Everything goes smooth and quick. Been there already two times and I will definitely book Brits Hotel Earl Court again when visiting London! 」

「It’s an awful experience to stay. The isolation fan in the toilet didn’t work. We asked the staff to fix but they said nothing could be done at the weekend. On Monday, still no one came to fix it. The walls were so thin that we could hear water running in the pipes and the sewage, even the air conditioner was making some sound of water dripping. There’re always flies in the room even you drove them out. They kept coming in. There must be a ‘fly door’ somewhere. One night at 5 am, the smoke...

「I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Only thing missing is a communal tap to fill a water bottle. The member of staff I asked, said the bathroom tap was my only option. Overall an excellent stay in a very convenient location. 」
