奇波費爾德出租度假屋

「Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and...

「囡囡十分喜歡, 非常好的體驗, 主人十分nice」

「Amazing little place! Super value for money with a well stocked kitchen area and fresh eggs for breakfast.」

「KEN115 air conditioner function good」

「通風不足，有污水渠味。睡牀太高要趴上去。」

「Location is great, staffs are so friendly, my room is prefect! However, the hotel without lift, if the luggage is heavy and live in high floor, may not be so convenient.」

「My room did not have any shampoo/conditioner so I had to reach out to the hotel staff. It did take some time to receive any (approx. a few hours), but they did fulfill the request. They locking your own luggage away before check-in feels a bit unsafe. Anyone with the door code to the luggage room can come in to the luggage room where your stuff is. Also, we had some issues where others were trying to get us to open the door for them or tried to follow us into the lobby.」

「Check in quick and efficient. Quick responses to questions. There were areas along the floorboards that were dusty. Advertised as having a washer and dryer, there was only a washer. As others have mentioned no tea towels in the kitchen. There are areas around the windows that have obvious water damage and in the ceiling of the kitchen. Floor in hallway with a hole in the wood flooring.」
