Great little apartment 3 floors up, clean and value for money. Would recommend and stay again. Great spot. Just wish I could have left my bag somewhere in the property due to late flight. Other than that I would say any Concept apartment would be fantastic

Nice place…

Nice little place. Quite a lengthy process to gain access but the instructions were clear. Only downside is a soft bed and a very warm room! Aside from that, great location and well equipped.

The property was clean. And I appreciated having access to the washer & dryer in the basement. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for having to walk up & down 5 flights of stairs, which is where my flat, #13 was located.

The property was lovely and clean and in a great area with lots of dining options (we had multiple morning visits to Farm Girl, and enjoyed a great meal in Aphrodites). Make sure to bring a US to UK travel adapter if you'd like to use the nespresso machine (we did not). We did have one issue - there was no cold water. We ended up buying a 5l bottle of water to keep in the fridge.

Great location, great appartment. But two downsides : the bed is of poor quality, and slumps (we had booked two appartments and it was the same in both). And appartment 8 smells horribly of smoke, although the place is non smoker. Some customers clearly dont respect that, and if this room is to be available, customers should at least be warned.

spacious 1 bedroom with a great view of Princes Square...newly refurbished...unfortunately the bed is only a double from ikea with minimal back support and sagging towards the middle...lots of stairs toward our apartment

The room was tiny! Not as described! Was clearly in need of refurbishment. I had to sleep on the floor as the bed was too small for myself and my daughter. Was not toaster not even milk for tea. Not enough towels, I could not get any WiFi to contact for assistance. Was too late to book anywhere else.

I would avoid

This wasn't very good. The apartments around me smelled of weed and the fixtures are really cheap. The bed wasn't comfy, the kitchen hob was broken and the microwave didn't work that well either. Although it's clear that there's no lift, guests should know the stairs get progressively steeper. Flat 13 is 5 flights of stairs up and it was wasn't good.

Excelente estadia. O único inconveniente é a possibilidade de receber um quarto em andar alto. Podem ser muitos lances de escada, o que pode ser ruim para hóspedes sem preparo físico ou com dificuldade de locomoção. No mais, tudo perfeito!!! Excelente localização, com várias estações de metrô próximas. O bairro também é excelente, sendo predominantemente residencial, mas com vários comércios próximos. O apartamento também é bem completo, com todos os utensílios necessários, além de muito limpo. Em uma nova viagem a Londres, certamente me hospedaria no apartamento novamente.

Angenehme Umgebung

Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten Umgebung. Innerhalb vom 10 Gehminuten befinden sich 3 Verschiedene U-Bahnlinien. Ebenfalls in der Nähe einer Stasse mit vielen Restaurants, Pubs und kleinen Supermärkten. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet und sauber. Jedoch finden wir, dass es nicht komplett unsere Erwartungen erfüllt hat, die wir vom Inserat hatten. Super schnelles W-Lan. Kontaktloser Check-in und out funktioniert gut. Waren 5 Nächte da und können es weiterempfehlen.

Bien mais quelques petites choses à améliorer

Cet appartement hotel est bien situé : entre 4 stations de métro (Queensway, Bayswater, Notting Hill avec 2 lignes). Il y a des bars, restaurants, magasins et fast food au niveau des stations de métro. Je recommande pour cela. Prendre le pass métro Oystercard. Concernant le logement, chambre Studio avec lit, cuisine (frigo, plaque vitro, évier, vaisselle), armoire, table à manger, salle de bain (douche, lavabo, wc). Le studio a une taille très correct. Je recommande. Les axes d'amélioration : changer le matelas qui est très mou, qui grince à chaque mouvement à cause des ressorts, et ces ressorts font mal au dos. Aussi, il y a un espace entre la porte du studio et le sol, donc à chaque fois que quelqu'un allume la lumière dans la nuit, cela éclair le studio. Aussi, les murs sont très fin, on entend tout..

Super clean. Self check in is easy. Fully contained apartment near a pub and restaurants. Good for long stays as it has a nice kitchen. Bed is small for two big people. I would highly recommend. Lots of stairs to get to unit 10.
