「Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. 」

「Unfortunately we wanted a pool to swim laps in. This pool had a beautiful setting but was only 3'6" deep. A wading pool for adults. The couch, table, and overhead hanging light are a bit tight. Location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, and the Fashion Center.」

「This is a perfect property if you're going to any spring training at Scottsdale Stadium. It is literally a nine minute walk straight down Drinkwater. One of the best parts is it offers a full breakfast at no charge which saves you at least $20-$25 a day per person. This is huge in this area because very few hotels are for you for breakfast.」

「Our room was very outdated with lots of mold in the bathroom. I love the Embassy but I will not be returning to this location 」

「The unit was very clean and check-in was smooth. However, there were a few things that impacted our comfort. The bed was quite squeaky, and there were no wine glasses or corkscrew available. There were also no USB charging ports or music/speaker system. Overall a clean space, but a few small additions and fixes would really improve the experience.」
