I got to the front desk and registered… 1) The person there gave me the wrong room key, I get to the room unlocked the door and someone was there… go back to get a new key. 2) I get to the new room, opened the door… the smell was baaad, curtains with holes, small insects around, sink clogged, I wasn’t able to shower there. 3) I wasn’t able to sleep due to noise...

「Non smoking room and was updated and very clean with all tile flooring. Bedding and towels were very nice quality.」

「This place was absolute perfection from the second we walked until we walked out. The friendliest staff and owners. Super comfortable beds and a delicious fine dining steak house right in the building. The grounds are stunning with peacocks, bamboo and a stunning fountain with seating all around. I couldn’t believe how good of a deal the Putnam Lodge. If I could give 10/5 stars!!!!!!!」
