"Our stay was good, not excellent or bad… just good. We don’t regret the stay but we definitely would not come back. The room was quite dusty, it made our daughter have a really runny nose the whole trip. The fire alarm in our room was expired, which is quite concerning. The staff were all very nice and helpful with exception to one woman at the front desk. We were very excited about the indoor pool, turns out it isn’t heated at all so it was very cold… basically unusable. Everything in the rooms is fairly updated which is nice, the TV had lots of channels to choose from. The restaurant had amazing burgers for lunch/dinner menu. Overall, it was fine but would not return given the option."

"Convenient location and a nice clean room. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and the Jays game. Room was quite small but worked well for our one night stay in the city. We could hear most of the activity in the hallways at night and early morning. Highly recommend El Pacho"
