"Elevators were too slow and always full. On the 11th floor, 7 elevators came by but we, 2 people, couldn't get on. So eventually we just walked down from the 11th floor. This happened 11am Sunday. On another day, after eaiting a long time again for the down elevator, it stopped on every floor on the way down and the elevator was full."
