「The property was newer and very clean. We were happy to be walking distance to Beale St. and convenient to most sites. Our only complaint was the “Gran Prix” raceway on Union St until 2:30 am, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. We felt that we were safe, even walking before dark. The parking area was gated and well lit.」

「The air-conditioning was out in our room 363. They moved us to a new room 364 but the TV didn't work. 」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「I enjoyed the mod decor of the hotel. It was giving refurbished motel. The surrounding area of the hotel was sketchy. I do not recommend parking your car on the street at night.」
