「Easy check in and fast」

「The neighborhood was very shady and in ill repair. The parking was available but inadequate and felt unsafe. The room floor felt a little slimy. The place works if you have to be there. We stayed and left unscathed but if you're used to a good or above rating, that's not the place to book.」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「The hotel is not located in the best area limited choices for restaurants and there was no hot water for a shower no kettle or fridges in the room」

「Great location if you’re going to the San Pedro pier or queen Mary, had a amazing view from my window , staff was friendly.」

「Nice location. Updated property. Our room was much larger than anticipated. Check in employee was very friendly. Only con was the floors were filthy, they looked like newer tile/laminate but left our feet black after only a little walking around on them. We didn't mention it since we were just there overnight, so can't comment on how helpfull staff would have been. Would still stay here again.」

「The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was helpful. For the first time in all the hotels I’ve stayed in I was charged 25 dollars for parking. The 15 dollar buffet was meager and the check had a 3 dollar service fee, then added a line for additional gratuity. The switches on the side table lamps by the bed didn’t work so, I had the maintenance man turn them on. I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off. If you want to be nickeled and dimed endlessly, this the hotel for you.」

「 The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never」

「The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy」

「房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 」

「The hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious rooms, cleanliness, and friendly, attentive staff. We had a great stay overall. While the hotel was excellent, the surrounding area of Long Beach was not quite what we had anticipated.」

「Front desk guy had a bit attitude but we did check in at 1am so I get him😅 the toilet water smelled so bad we couldn’t use it because the smell. The bed was really comfortable and clean sheets. Overall a decent hotel to stop for the night」
