「Room was very poorly repaired. The sink was falling off of the wall. The amenities are just enough so they could list it on their description.」

「I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, my room was great and very comfortable. My only complaint is I reserved a room with ocean view and instead I I had the view of a huge construction going on next to the hotel. Same construction that did not allow me to sleep as the workers will start working at 6:00 in the morning. You can hear the loud machines and the noise of the construction, I wish the hotel or Expedia will mention this when you are making your reservation.」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「Room was nice and clean. AC worked and had hot water and clean sheets. Older hotel, but had everything we were looking for. Location. Walking distance to restaurants and walked to pier to take cruise.」

「 The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never」

「The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy」

「房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 」

「Front desk guy had a bit attitude but we did check in at 1am so I get him😅 the toilet water smelled so bad we couldn’t use it because the smell. The bed was really comfortable and clean sheets. Overall a decent hotel to stop for the night」
