「Great stay on the beach and near the boardwalk」

「I contacted both the hotel and Expedia to cancel this booking because I had to travel to my country due to a family emergency. Unfortunately, neither of them was able to help me with the cancellation. Now that I'm back, I see that the reservation was never canceled, and I'm being charged the full amount. This is extremely disappointing. I did everything I could to cancel in advance, yet I received no assistance. The customer service I experienced was unacceptable, and I would appreciate a review...

「The maid stole my diamond necklace. Yes I made the mistake and left it behind but she didn’t have to be a theif and steal my necklace! We just stayed here one night because we can down early before our reservation at the vibes and boy did we make a mistake. Place was outdated. Felt dirty and to top it off the maid is a their. We were given a key to a room that was dirty and had to wait for it to be cleaned. Even after it was cleaned, there was trash under the beds and dirt on the floors. We were asked to pay $10 in cash for parking which was never disclosed and seemed to be a scam so we refused. The parking lot consists of 3 very tiny parking...
