I wasn't able to get in the apartment as the key didn't work and they had no way to help or answer phone call it was 9:30 -10:00 pm . It is not in a quite safe neighborhood. I had to make arrangements in another hotel and they didn't refund the amount or didn't even bother to ensure that the guest were safe or taken care off. "The apartment was huge. So much room to relax. The owner was great with communication and in making us feel welcome. The location was beautiful and easy to get to via water bus. Highly recommend this property "
