「It was a clean and beautiful hotel and an easy vacation for all ages. There are fun activities during the day (Pictionary and bingo by the pool were a highlight!) and family events at night. The staff was very helpful and restaurants were easy to get into most nights. 」

「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.」
