「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.」

「Overall, the property was clean. and visually maintained. Unfortunately, our room, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and we had to ask for another room after no one came to fix it, and once we settled into our new room, they had us move once again, telling us it was an upgrade even after we had unpacked everything and we were settled in. Not all the restaurants were open at the same time, which was not expected. which was unfortunate because we wanted to have more variety while we were there....

「Comfortable place & convenient location.」
