「The staff are all friendly. The food are marvelous and very tasty. I just dont like our room, you can hear the noise of the water from the pipe from other rooms. The concierge doesnt have foreign exchange but overall experience was great. Will definitely come back and recommend! 」

「I stayed at this hotel in Cancun and had such a great time! The place was super clean and well-kept, and the vibe was amazing. The party scene was definitely the highlight, so much energy and fun! 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me...
