「Room was extremely musty. Shower was clogged. Check in was a nightmare had to return to the desk 3 times to get a room key that worked. Hotel clerk indicated that I would get Hilton Honors points to my account which wasn't the case.」

「First the smell was horrible. I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. 「After checking in, we were assigned to a room that has a dirty bathroom with left over stuff from the previous guests. We were moved to another room with no towels, I still have to go down again to the reception area and asked for towels. And the toilet flush handle was broken, so inconvenient!」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」

「Unfortunately I was charged TWICE on the WRONG card and charged a late checkout fee, which I asked to be removed for the inconvenience of being double charged on the wrong card and was DENIED that request. Then when I called to ask for additional towels the first time the office lady did bring them to my room right away. The second night I asked for additional towels I had to go down and get them myself from the office.」
