「The staff was excellent. They saved my vacation. I booked a double queen originally and Hotels.com changed my room to a King studio. The staff accomodated my family. I will never use Hotels.com again for this mishap. This is the second trip Hotels.com has done this. I will book this hotel again directly or through another travel website.
