「The property and room were excellent. Clean, well appointed. The issue with the property was the staff and amenities. Online indicated check in is at 3pm.We arrived slightly before that but noticed a sign in the lobby stated check in was at 4pm, not 3pm. I was still permitted to check in, however my room was not yet ready. I was told it would be placed first on the list of rooms to be cleaned next and to give them 30-40 minutes. I was asked for my phone number and assured I would be called when...

「It’s ok but noise 」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Checked in at 9 pm was given a room with a ceiling covered in black mold and dirty washroom and broken beds that were not comfortable at all and stained sheets/ duvet. When asked to change rooms they made us wait until 3 am in the lobby. Both head office after calling and the trainee man at the front desk could not do anything more until we got to speak to the manager at 9 am the next morning. Fast forward to the morning, the manger was not helpful, rude and disrespectful, made us sit down while...

「We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...
