「Staff were the best, bathroom tile grout was black in some areas. The pool a great treat and the hotel is centrally located for our needs. No pets allowed was a barrier for us.」

「This is, without a doubt, the nicest hotel in the area. What really sets it apart is how exceptionally clean everything is and how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Everyone made us feel right at home. The only minor suggestion I have would be to replace the glass door leading from the pool area into the room. 「Great stay. Great central location & free onsite parking is always appreciated. Outside bar was a plus. Restaurant menu was a bit restricted for our tastes. The bar closing at a scheduled 9pm was disappointing, but not a disaster. Lots of places in Georgetown seem to close around 830-9 pm.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding.
