「Clean rooms」

「Very nice property right on the beach! We’ve begun to come here regularly.」

「Technically, they are correct in advertising a free breakfast but Froot Loops and waffles without syrup are really poor choices. The water in the shower took over five minutes to get warm and the shower door was broken. Additionally, the shower floor was moldy, and the toilet seat had many scratches. The bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the wrong quite cool. I did not try the coffee machine or the microwave. The refrigerator worked fine.」

「Spent the afternoon in the lazy river, then over to the jacuzzi. Had breakfast from their buffet, everything was great.」

「Quit working the day we left but come back on going out the door.」

「I proposed to my girlfriend and they were kind enough to upgrade me to a suite with a small bottle of champagne to celebrate the special occasion」

「Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.」

「Nice hotel - probably the most expensive in the area and I stay here frequently. Even though the televisions are connected wrong in the one bedroom suites - which is incredibly stupid! But last night there were drunks fighting in the hall and slamming doors on the 4th floor after midnight. Called the desk and there is no security for the hotel - one woman on duty, alone. She said I could call the police. A place with $300 rooms should provide security, and I will not stay there again.」

「Yes the property did allow service dog and the room temp was the good thing about the place. Obtaining room cleaning was impossible. Towels/washcloth was not obtainable daily and took two days to get 1set of towels when checked in. The room was dirty - I had to clean shower ,yself. LEFT A DAY EARLY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
