「Great stay」

「I was on the 2nd floor and It was a nice quiet hotel. I dint hear people yelling or running up and down the halls. Theres a pond out front you can feed the turtles. They swim up to you looking for food.」

「Parking was easy and free in their lot beside the hotel. Checking in was a breeze, and we were granted early access to our room, since it had already been cleaned. The staff was courteous and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the ice water (with lemon or orange slices in it) and coffee available in the lobby all day for free. Getting a river view room was worth the extra price for us. Everything was clean, and the property looked good and up to date. We loved the shower, the shampoo &...

「I didn't have any trouble checking in」

「Dirty, nasty, disgusting. Staff was rude and the parking lot was shady. Everything was filthy and people were doing inappropriate things with each other on the elevator as it opened in front of my 9 year old granddaughter. Never, NEVER again」

「Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
