Staff was friendly, property was ok, had seen better days. Found out the pool was closed on the day of arrival for maintenance concerns. The room was ok, beds were on metal bed stands that were noisy, the beds were ok, but not very comfortable. It’s an old hotel and it shows.

Front entrance garden needs repair. My room was nice and clean, but it faced the adjacent super gas station with loud engines, people shouting, and some honking during the night. At about 6AM four guests next door pulled chairs onto the balcony to drink coffee, smoke cigarettes, and talk loudly. I did not enjoy this section of this hotel. Breakfast was very good and included my favorite: make your own waffles. Overnight price of approx. $100 was great, and the location is 5 minutes from the Georgetown Hospital.

Oldie but still adequate

This is a very old hotel. It looks rough on the outside. It sits not too far from the water so that is to be expected with the salt air. We stay here regularly because it is near a venue we frequent; it is a good price for the space and comfort and the front desk staff is very friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bed is so comfortable and there is plenty of free parking.

The stay was nosey the entire night from the time we arrive at 8pm. We had officers knocking on the door at approximately 5:00 in the morning looking for a runaway teen. Other than that the satff were very friendly.

the furniture in the lobby was in poor shape, the varnish and stain peeling off of the coffee and end tables. our room smelled like cigarettes. bed was clean and comfy. bathroom was clean. floor was dirty, and surrounding baseboard trim was disgusting. will never stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast selection. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Newly renovated it seemed, updated bathroom, floors and furniture. Building work being carried out in this location. Good location. It was noisey-could hear people ar night. Sadly someone had a dog next door that started barking at 7am and didnt stop.

The front desk person was amazing her name is Melissa White. Everybody was nice breakfast was good. My room in particular was clean and no bad smells. Stuff was super nice smiling all the time, it make feel comfortable.

Pay a little more to be a quick bike ride from the shops and restaurants of Front Street. Breakfast fine. Room had minor plumbing issue.

Grandma happy kids not so much

Our room was pleasantly updated quiet and comfortable. It was not as detailed cleaning as I would do but overall clean. It had a nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. My grandchildren were not as happy with their rooms however. My granddaughter has allergies and whomever was in there before must have used a smokeless vape and it tormented her allergies bad. My grandson reported his bed was horrible. So some rooms must be updated and some not.
