「The property presents in generally sound condition, with the understanding that water exposure may reveal additional wear. Certain areas would benefit from updating and a more comprehensive cleaning. The staff demonstrated excellent service by accommodating our request for a room change, considering our mobility limitations with the initial room's staircase access. Parking facilities were satisfactory.」

「Not a fancy place but a good value. No pool & only one ice machine for the entire property. It was adequately clean & bed/pillows were pretty comfy. 」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
