「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

「Room not ready by 4pm as offered. When we got there the cleaning lady had just began to clean. She mop we us in there, changed n fixed bed. Very uncomfortable situation. Huge bags of linen all over, bare space to walk. Looks bigger in picture. Comfy and modern.」

「This place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. 」
