「The room was never vacuumed or cleaned, garbage was not collected, towels were not provided… we had to ask concierge. Despite numerous complaints, nothing was corrected. We stayed at this hotel chain before and didn’t experience such issues; bad service ever.」

After waiting around 10 minutes, I had to track down a member of housekeeping to help locate the front desk employee. Throughout our stay, I noticed several other guests experiencing the same issue. 「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
