「After checking in to my two rooms, my family and I went to our event. Upon our return my niece attempted to take a shower and the water didn’t drain. We informed the staff and was moved to another room. After checking into that room, my brother discovered there was no safety latch on the door. He informed the older gentleman at the front desk and was initially told, “We’ll check it out in the morning.” My brother then had to ask the gentleman what would he do if it was his family?」

「The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from our window was breathtaking.」

「This hotel is dirty, has a very unpleasant odor upon entering, and not maintained at all inside and outside. There was garbage in the stairwell and the door to the outside was not secured. I understand that they are renovating it but it should be closed until they are done and able to clean it up. The pool was not open. The fitness center was not functional. The internet was not functional in our room. Our room number was on the floor outside our room when it should have been mounted...

「The motel was a good location from where my event was. The first room was very dirty. Soap scum in the sink, hair in the bath tub, trash on the floor. The second room floor was dirty. There was a used condom outside of my door. There was someone working on his car the entire stay.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
