「I checked in at 6:30pm that evening and checked out 7:30am the next day and they took a $100 deposit that was supposed to be for incidentals refunded when I check out and they kept the payment because it posted to my account telling me it was refunded that same day 5 days later still no refund. They are scammers. Next stay there!」

「They don’t even deserve a 1 rating!! Would not recommend AT ALL! Pictures are EXTREMELY MISS LEADING TO CUSTOMERS!! This Hotel is a joke! They are under renovations and nothing was mentioned to us. No amenities are working. Breakfast area is dirty and disgusting smells. The floors are dirty, furniture is VERY disgusting and would not sit on it. Our first room smelled of smoke and when called front desk they didn’t believe me and gave me a hard time for another room which also smelled....

I wasn’t expecting too much but I damn sure wasn’t expecting what I got either. After checking in, I entered the room and pulled back bed spread. 「Property is clean, rooms are good size with appropriate furnishings (including MW and mini fridge in our standard king room), staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was typical (few hot items, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc.) with good hours of 6-10am every day. I had hoped to get an early check in, though that unfortunately could not be accommodated (not sure if that was truly due to room availability or simply standard policy, though I suspect the latter). All in all, a nice stay and good value...

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
