"The only complaint was the slow internet. Was nearly impossible to watch a movie on netflix. But all the good...the pool was a nice relaxing spot to wait for room to be ready! Love that they have luggage hold and a water dispenser in their lobby! Providing beach chairs and towels is so helpful! The location is very convenient! I have stayed here a few times before and will continue to book rooms with them!"

"Hotel was okay and room was nice when we checked in. However, there was no daily room service and no fresh towel. We stayed for 4 nights and had to request for fresh towels twice and each time we got small pool towels. Trash bins in the room were full and overflowing when we left. This is not what we expected. "

"Requested 2 months in advance and again a week before for a room close to an elevator due to husbands mobility. Assigned a room 8 rooms away. Website states cruise terminal shuttle available ( surcharge may apply) when in fact the hotel DOES NOT arrange for terminal transportation. You are required to arrange for it your self. There are a lot of hotels who DO provide this service. Only 3 elevators available for the rooms, one was out of service. Reason we chose Crown Plaza. Not happy. "
