「Everything was beautiful. Except the view. There were so many people with kids, one shat in the pool. People were ordering food and drinks pool side in the lower pool and left food and drinks all over. I was stepping on limes and straws at the bottom. The ocean reeked of sulfer and covered in seaweed. Then I get the bill. Took 1000$ security deposit for in room charges. 70$ a day to use valet if you want to leave the hotel, 55$ for a leisure fee. Plus all the other fees. I wont see any of that...

「There wasn't enough beverages for 2 guests and towels for a 3day stay. Outlets didn't work properly (2) no shower caps...not to much to complain about..( minor issues overall)」

「This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!」
