「Hotel location is great. Is clean . No guess services available after hours plus the office is across the street from the hotel.」

「The most important was very clean and close to the board walk but the only problem was no available parking space. I had to find a over night parking space and there was one around the corner which was reasonably priced for that time of year.」

I will say that it is an extremely convenient location, directly behind Playland, but that also makes it an extremely loud location. 「Checked in on 6/20/26 everything seem fine at first but we leave and head to the boardwalk and come back to hotel room to see ants crawling around front door and middle of room floor so I instantly contacted the front office to cancel my stay because I was uncomfortable staying after seeing ants in the room, also I have a 6 month old with sensitive skin so I definitely wasn’t staying with peat in the room! 「Excellent! We had room 5 which was excellent. It’s a great hotel for solo travelers and couples. Excellent bay property.」

「Very outdated. Room wasn’t cleaned. My room had dirty socks in the closet, hair on the shower walls, dirty bed skirt. Tv was off the wall and just sitting on the table & the mini fridge was mildew-ish. Oh let’s not forget the bed. Very uncomfortable very much old,and had a dent inside.」

「Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price.」
