The room was a bit small. But was okay for two people. A bit dated but clean. Wasn't a bad walk to the beach or boardwalk. For the price you couldn't beat it.

Great location, great price. The front desk was very understanding of a last minute cancellation and allowed me to reschedule a non-refundable room to the following week. It’s not a 5 star resort, but if you are looking for a reasonably priced room in the heart of OC, this is a great option.
