「Our first surprise was the $75 PER NIGHT pet cleaning fee. This might have been understandable if they had cleaned our room at all during our stay. We didn't see a soul the entire time. We were all alone in the hotel and surrounding restaurant. Good thing we didn't need clean towels. No services whatsoever. They gave us a key and told us to lock up when we left. Kind of like The Shining. But with waves. 」

「I like the cement walls, I could not hear anyone in their rooms. How ever the bathroom door should be a regular door. Not with slats so others can look in. Also the glass sliding door was hard to open and close and the one door was stained white? The king bed could use 4 pillows not 3 new curtains for the glass door would be nice as there’s mold on it. The bathroom was good but there’s a smell that kept setting off my asthma something with the toilet paper roll. Other than that it was good. Bed...

「the toilet and floor didn't clean. We booked four rooms and didn't sleep there , we booked another hotel instead of stay in Tropicana 」

「Had a corner room with balcony facing south and a window east so saw sunrise and sunset. Weather cooperated and Long Beach walks. Breakfast was fresh, bountiful and delicious. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel without reservation 」
