"I enjoyed my stay a lot. We did book what is supposed to be one of the nicer rooms though, and it has really old and worn furniture, stains in a few places, and not as big as advertised. It served the purpose of being able to stay over night after attending Boogie Nights though, so I’ll give it that. The staff is all really friendly as well."

"Recommend only staying here if they comp your room. We stayed in the Dennis Tower, and the room looked dated. Neither of the bedside lamps worked, and the vents were covered in black dust. The wallpaper was also peeling. The casino itself is fine, though some of the dealers can be rude - we encountered several who would not let us put down money until they had shuffled the cards. What's the difference? If you do stay at this hotel, try to get a room in the actual Balley's Tower. Somehow the smoking rooms in that part of the complex are nicer and more modern than those in the non-smoking Dennis Tower rooms. "

"Had to call the front desk several times for the heat There weren't any bed clothes in the closet for the couch bed and they tried to charge for additional sheets but they weren't additional. It's supposed to be a set in the closet. On a positive note the food in the restaurant was great."
