Front desk staff tried to shame me for using a 3rd party to book at a lesser cost, and I should have booked directly with the hotel and paid the regular cost." No room servicing at all. Had to call and request amenities daily. Needed maintenance to come service the toilet that would not flush. The phone in the room did not work to call for service. Had to go to the front desk every day to request clean towels."
