"The major problem we had was at check in. We paid for a deluxe upper floor water front room but was given a 7th floor room overlooking the parking garage. We went back down to the front desk to get this mistake fixed and was told there were no more upper floor rooms left. When I showed her my booking confirmation there was, all of the sudden, a room on the 20th floor available. Not a great start."
