This hotel was clean, our room was spacious, a short walk down to the beach & boardwalk. The breakfast menu was very small & didn't have several of the items available the day we ate there. We were informed early of the day we arrived that they were having issues with the hot water system & would refund our money if we didn't want to stay there. We thought that after our 7 hour day to Atlantic City they surely would have had the issued fixed. We stayed 2 days there & the problem wasn't fixed. The only ice machine was also broken. We were given free parking, but that was the only compensation we were given.

We stayed for 2 nights to see a concert at Hard Rock - the hotel room could have been a bit cleaner (hair in the tub) overall just a bit run down - the area to get breakfast was weird - you had to order & then they made it for you - took forever to find someone to take our order & then they gave 1/2 of it to another table - seemed like the young lady did not want to be there - the energy was depressing

This hotel had hot water outage and informed us on the day before check in. The outage was in place for a week and they only compensated 50 dollars and free cancellation. Finding another hotel was very difficult and the surrounding hotels were sold out. The manager who was on duty on August 1st evening was very rude and selfish

There was no hot water. The air conditioning in room was not functioning properly. The breakfast option was not what was expected. General hotel condition looks nothing like images on Expedia. Staff did the best they could.

Extremely disappointing stay – would not recommend. There was no hot water for over 8 days, and we were never given any advance notice about this major issue. Despite asking the front desk every day, housekeeping never came to clean the room. We had to buy our own toilet paper. Staff at both the front desk and the Bistro Eatery were rude and unprofessional. Overall, this stay was unacceptable — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone booking through Expedia.

Aside from the friendly, helpful staff, this property needs a serious makeover. The name Marriott once spoke volumes in the hotel industry. Unfortunately, this particular property did not represent that recognition very well.

There was no hot water, our room had no air conditioning. They were out of most breakfast items. no fruit in particular. The fixtures and furniture were worn The experience was terrible. I will not book with Marriott again.

The property happened to be replacing their boiler and so did not have hot water. We found this out at our check in. The room we got had AC that was not up to par and the mini fridge was missing from the spot. When we went to get ice to keep our snacks cool, we learned that the ice machine was not working. We got our room switched and while this room had a mini fridge, the AC was still not working well.

I went for my husband’s birthday, and this was one of the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They did not have any hot water did not inform anyone until check-in and after looking into this, this has been going on for quite some time. It’s something they’re completely aware of, but choose not to tell until check-in when you can’t even get another place leaving you with having to stay with the reservation and the only comp that they give you is free parking which is ridiculous than $18 parking fee. The manager the woman at the front zero care in the world was actually rude about it They’re still operating serving food which I have no idea how they’re doing it. I don’t know how they can legally operate without hot running water for days and days on out actually looks like it’s been weeks from the reviews. This happens quite often they should be reported.

The hotel had no hot water. I was informed before checking in, and the issue was expected through the night. My entire stay (3 days, 2 nights), there was no hot water. The hotel waived parking (which they shouldn't charge anyway as the parkimg lot isnt secure). The ice machine on my floor also didn't work the entire stay. I was unable to get ice from anotber floor since you have to use your room key to gain access. I was forced to go to tbe café, which was severely understaffed. Only 1 young lady was working, who didnt have the best customer service, but considering the circumstances, I didn't blame her. One of tbe beds was sucken in the middle, an outlet was hanging out of the wall with the wires hanging. I used to frequent this property often, the last time i came about a year and a half ago, there was valet that lost my car key. Through the years this property has severely declined. I will not be back.
