"The building was falling apart. On our way out, a ceiling tile fell right next to us! The water park and arcade was nice but everything else was old. We tried eating breakfast at the buffet and the food was covered with flies! Such a mess"

"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"This place was horrible beds broken no linens smelt like rotten fish and weed. The wall switches turned on lights in different rooms. It’s was horrible and a complete misrepresentation of what there website says. Do not stay here!!!!"
