"Our stay was pretty good until it came to breakfast time. Staff was rude, no milk, no butter, limited juice, no pastries, limited cereal, and just a feel there was a last or preparation. Our room was nice and the check-in process was nice. "

"The hallways and elevators have a strong sewer smell as if the sewage is backed up somewhere. The breakfast is the bare minimum (cereal, yogurt, bagel) coffee was cold. Walls are thin, I was on the 3rd floor and it sounded like a stampede of horses above my room. Front desk personnel isn’t readily available. Room and bathroom was clean"

"The staff at this hotel are second to none. So kind, so helpful and at least appear to love what they're doing! Huge shoutouts to David (valet) and Kiara. This place is always clean and comfortable"

"The hotel seemed a bit dingy and dirty. The room didn’t smell clean. The mattress cover had spilled coffee on it, so I had to sleep smelling days old coffee. The carpet looked old. The shower water ran out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. The shower drain was filthy. Front deck staff was having a personal conversation when we checked in and it didn’t stop."
