「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. 「Nice spacious apartment for a weeks stay in NOLA. Location is great! Unfortunately no parking on property. Had to pay for street parking and pay every 2 hours during the day. Or pay a lot mor inthe parking structure.Wish they could make a good deal woth near by properys for parking. Very close to everything we wanted to do! 」

「The only complaint I had was the windows that open up to the balconys do not stay open, they had to be propped up by a bar stool. And the TV in the living room was very small and did not work and the one in the bedroom was very small. Other then that everything about the plave from the service to the room to the location was perfect! 」
