"Clean rooms. Door men were fabulous!!!"

"The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the bed cover was very thin ( so you get cold during the night. We were hearing people from the room next to ours and who ckecked in at midnight with a baby talking and laughing loudly through the thin walls and we couldn't sleep. We had to call the front desk 3 times from midnight to 1h30 and same problem. The table in the room was dirty when we arrived and full of fingerprints. Toilet blocked. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are so many other and way way better hotels in New York. "

"Our stay was lovely we arrived earlier than check in and they held our bags until we came back for check in. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly."

"Location was great—lots of restaurants, bars in walkable distance. Easy walk to the subway. Friendly staff…though it did give off “we’ve just opened” vibes with troubleshooting for the internet and a desk lamp that didn’t work. Kudos to housekeeping who really went above and beyond. Amenities star reduced by one because of unreliable internet."

"Our previous hotel had a room leak and could no longer accommodate us and I found this hotel. They let us check in before 10am, which was so helpful, and they let us leave our luggage after check-out because of a later flight. Truly grateful for their hospitality. Overall the hotel was great, it's in a great location. There was construction going on right outside but noise was tolerable. Would stay here again!"

"Don’t book this hotel. Pictures are very deceiving. That lobby and front entrance is not what you see in the pictures. The hotel is old and under construction. "
