My children and I really like the view of Volcano Bay...such a fun resort and very close to all the other Universal Studio parks. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would return to this resort."

"It's wonderful to be able to check in my rental car, go upstairs and check in at the hotel all at one location. Then board the plane the next morning. "

"Really great stay overall, very family friendly and has everything needed to have fun without leaving the resort often. Be prepared to pay more for on-site items in the convenience store onsite. One issue with the AC was resolved to our satisfaction, but it took a lot longer and more communication than expected. We would strongly consider staying at The Grove again "
