「We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed Tybee Island. The motel is in a great place for access to the beach, it has its own clean pool, the room was comfortable and we had a little extra room with a coffee machine and fridge which was handy. the bathroom was teeny but the shower worked and we managed fine. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the McMillan Inn immensely! We felt right at home. Our room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and breakfast each morning was delicious! The location was terrific and we walked all over the historic downtown area and used the free Downtowner for a ride home one night. Staying here made our time in Savannah extra special!」

「Rick provides an excellent breakfast and some great conversation. Definitely better than the regular boring hotel. The parking lot is small, so maybe bring a midsize or compact vehicle vs a full size crew cab truck.」

「The Marshall House has an excellent location for walking the sites of Savannah and offers historic charm. Breakfast combines buffet style and service directly to the table. The coffee was great! My friend’s dust allergy was triggered, especially in the breakfast pavilion. The beds had ample bedding; we wished the mattresses were more comfortable. The lobby staff was helpful. 」

「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」
