"Staff was very kind & helpful, I liked that when we ate breakfast it was in our own little private section. We also got complementary drinks because of our Expedia status. Onsen was a good size for 2 people as well, view was amazing. Loved relaxing here."

"Check in was easy and smooth. The room was very clean. The toilet had its own room. Same with the excellent shower. Staff was excellent. They had free lockers where you could keep your luggage until check in time. Our only complaint was that they would not store our luggage after we checked out."
