"We stayed in Villa C and it was fantastic. Very spacious rooms and a fantastic semi outdoor private onsen bath and shower. Lots of amenities provided to take as needed. We didn’t see any people at all at the property. The beds were big and soft. You do hear a lot of trains, however we used the supplied ear plugs and slept fine. Paid parking on the property. "It was a clean and comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, with friendly staff. You can ship your suitcase to the airport via the Kuroneko Yamato service inside the station, and the Tully's Coffee on the ground floor is a lovely space—this is also where you can pick up your complimentary breakfast."

"This was my very first time visiting Atami, and staying at SOKI ATAMI made the experience truly remarkable. Our family stayed for two nights, and from start to finish everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were super clean, which immediately made us feel relaxed and at ease. Our favorite part was the in-room onsen—it was simply amazing. It felt like a private retreat, and we all enjoyed soaking and unwinding together. Also, there are so many things to do if you decide to drive around the area. It made our trip even more fun and convenient, and we loved exploring at our own pace. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d happily return. Thank you to the team at SOKI ATAMI for helping make our first Atami trip so special!"

"I would come back. Room was great, but surprised there was no bathtub in the room, since it is in the photos. I would have paid more for that had I known. View is incredible, and worth it for that alone. The onsen is fine, but not overly exceptional. The staff is excellent with heartfelt delivery. It’s a cab ride up the hill, and nothing is close, but again, the view is worth it and very romantic. Food is mostly buffet, and just okay, but serviceable. Go for the romantic stay and exceptional staff."
