The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

◾︎良い点 ・料理が美味しい。（懐石コースを予約） ・部屋からの眺望が良い。 ・部屋が広い ・ウォーターサーバーがある ・部屋、施設に清潔感がある ◾︎ホテルに少し改善して欲しい点 ・1階の売店が20時に閉店してしまう（早すぎる） ・無料送迎バスの本数を増やしてほしい。 ・電話がほとんど繋がらない。予約内容確認や送迎バス予約などをしたくても繋がらなくて何度も連絡をするはめになった。

何度か利用させてもらってますが 大浴場のシャワーがリファファインに 変わっていた事や1階にお食事処が出来たりと 色々変わっていた 過ごしやすさは前と変わらずよかったです

オーシャンビュー8Fの部屋で、眺望も良く綺麗に清掃されていて広い部屋でした。 担々麺が夜食に食べられるのでしたが、ビュッフェでお腹一杯、次回来た時にはぜひいただきたいです。 熱海駅前の商店街散策は離れていて、バスの最終も間に合わず、行けなくて残念でした。 また、友人にもお勧め、リピートしたいホテルです

スタッフの対応がとても良く、居心地のいい空間を楽しめました。 最寄り駅までの距離があるのがマイナス点ぐらいだが、その分全部屋山からの絶景が楽しめる。

親子、２歳の孫と３世代で利用しました 食事も美味しいし部屋も綺麗で大満足でした ２歳の孫はキッズパークがとても気に入ってずっと遊んでいました 夕食のステーキとアヒージョの茶碗蒸しと朝食のかき揚げは最高です 改善してほしいことは場所が不便なところなので、送迎バスをもう少し充実してほしいです
