「I wanted to give a good review, but the stay was not worth the $$$. Luckily I was with my nephew and not my wife. She would have been horrified to see that condition of the space and the smell (musty) was horrid! 」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「When we checked we were told there were no king rooms available. The friends we were traveling with were told there were no king rooms available AT THIS time but they could wait for one. Luckily I over heard what their desk representative was telling them because even after I stated that I paid for a king room the rep I was working with didn’t offer for us to wait for a room to be ready. When inquired about a change in the price for not getting any he room type I paid for I was told no price...
