「When we check in lady was very helpful she had to which our rooms because there was no hot water the room they gave us had no microwave, no TV. Curtains were messed up refrigerator wasn't working」

「In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any.」

「Excellent stay! We arrived late and Perry (hope I spelled that right) at the front desk was so helpful with directions and parking. He even met us outside so we could find the place! He also gave us some recommendations that were great and marked the spots on a map for us! The hotel was beautiful and historic. We felt very safe with the way the exterior doors were secured and the overnight security. We didn't mind the lack of elevator since the charm of the building more than made up for it. The...

The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside.
