「预定了双床房，给我的是大床房，我反馈了以后，换了房间。因为房间在楼上，没有电梯，也没有服务员帮忙，所以服务不是很满意。其它都是比较中规中矩，价格不便宜，性价比不高。」

「Very accommodating staffs, gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was at the end in the second floor, was nice and quiet. Room nicely heated, get some insects in the room if windows are opened(even in winter), but not a big problem at all. Overall a very lovely hotel with nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful town to visit! 」

「I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room the size the bed was great. Everything I wanted in an overnight stay or even longer.」

「Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend. 」

「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」

「We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again.」
