「Very accommodating staffs, gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was at the end in the second floor, was nice and quiet. Room nicely heated, get some insects in the room if windows are opened(even in winter), but not a big problem at all. Overall a very lovely hotel with nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful town to visit! 」

「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」

「We had a lovely few days away, close enough into Worcester by a five minute taxi, but far enough out to be quieter. The pub itself was lovely, There is an outdoor area with heaters and blankets so we could enjoy the quieter space. Breakfast was nice, would have been better if there was more of a menu to look at rather than just being asked what we wanted. However scrambled eggs were lovely, can’t fault the food. All in all a lovely stay, we will return (Just to mention the elephant in the room,...

「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend. 」

「Lovely pub/restaurant with an accommodation. Room was small, comfortable and quiet. Tea/coffee in room. Freshly cooked full English breakfast was really nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor areas for when the sun shines. Plenty of room to park. When we stayed the restaurant was very busy and fully booked, so recommend booking in advance to secure a table. Would happily stay here again.」
