"We had a really enjoyable stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham. The location was excellent for exploring Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, while still offering a peaceful setting.
The connecting rooms were ideal for our family, giving us plenty of space while allowing the rooms to remain connected. The air-conditioning was also a big plus, particularly during the warmer weather.
The hotel was comfortable, welcoming and had good leisure facilities, which we really enjoyed.
The only minor issue was that the gym changing room felt a little crowded at times when the hotel was busy. A little more space there would make the leisure facilities even better.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. The excellent location, comfortable rooms and family-friendly setup made it a great base for exploring the Cotswolds."
"Really pleasant hotel and great facilities. The gym is only small and was busy but it served the purpose I wanted it to perfectly and it was great to have the access to the spa for a short while too.
Pleasant food, comfortable bed. Would highly recommend."
"We recently had a one night stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a bath, just a walk in shower which was suitable for our needs. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both of good standard with pleasant, helpful staff.
The only disappointing aspect of out stay was that the windows had the type of discreet glass in that you'd have in a bathroom, hence absolutely no view what so ever! If we were going to stay more than one night we would have requested a change of room especially having paid above our budget for an executive room."
"Surprised by the quality of the room and had a comfortable night's sleep. Air con was working well, TV was good, bathroom with a bath was bright and modern. Food and drinks are on the expensive side. Staff did a good job of welcoming us. Be warned, it does say on the listing, rooms on the 1st floor do not have lift access, so if you struggle with stairs worth making a deliberate accessibility request. We made this booking at the last minute, room was ready and in grand condition, with beds and sofabed made up fresh in no time at all."
"Staff are very helpful and friendly spa was ok but very busy.
Food absolutely fantastic in the restaurant
Breakfast really good with a very good selection"
