Staff was amazing, coffee and tea for free was fantastic idea, I felt happy and had great Christmas, thanks to all the people who was working in the holiday time to make us comfortable, actually I was surprised even the cleaning lady done our room first thing in the morning. ❤️

Lovely stay in the Abbey. Unfortunately we did not have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasant, especially Dennis on reception, who was extremely helpful.

The Abbey Hotel was ideally placed for our theatre visit and close to the shops we wanted to visit. Access to the Worcester Beacon and the superb views is close by, the station is within walking distance through a lovely park and there are many independent cafes to relax in.

The Abbey Hotel at Great Malvern

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel was beautiful and we will certainly stay there again. It was also well located for all the things we wished to do in Great Malvern.

Lovely stay in trying times

My second stay at the Abbey Hotel and as expected the facilities were great and the staff efficient and friendly. Some unusual circumstances led to my stay and the staff even help with those.

Check in was very quick and efficient. On arrival the room , standard double, was very clean but freezing cold . The heater was off . The room heated up eventually. It was a large room in the original, older part of the building, therefore was quite dated but had ample plug and usb sockets . Next morning the shower didn't work . The manager did offer us another room but that was a bit inconvenient and so we just had a wash as we were due to check out . The manager was good enough to refund my early check in fee and olgavr us a bottle of wine to take home. Hotel food was of a high standard
