「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. 「The quiet surrounding. The quay view from the window was meditating. Clean and clear walk routes. Reception staff were really kind and welcoming. Hotel was wonderfully Clean, Neat and smelt gorgeous in the Lobby area. A very pleasant stay indeed. Will definitely be returning for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of London.」
