Stayed with my daughter for a couple of days trip to London. The hotel is a really good standard, new, clean and staff super friendly. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. I also found it to be relatively quite eventful though it's on the Cromwell road. Breakfast was continental only but that was okay. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms were very small and the bathroom ever smaller. I stayed there for four days and never had my room cleaned or the towels replaced. The room felt very gloomy. If you don’t have high expectations you may like the rooms.
