「The hotel staff was rude and not helpful at all」

「Stay at this hotel at least once in your life. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was incredible, the drinks were fantastic. The history of this property is unmatched. We will come back for sure when in Memphis. The ducks of course are the star of the show! The staff could not have been more polite. 5 Stars!」

「The townhouse was very clean, spacious and conveniently located (walking distance) to downtown Memphis. It was well equipped with electronics and amenities. They even included snacks and basic items that most properties don’t provide. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「I loved area, the location was great! The staff was very attentive. However the apartment itself just needed to be a bit cleaner. I saw a few crawling insects, but from the south it wasn’t a huge bother but it was alerting. And the gas in the stove didn’t work. And the TV inside wasn’t working, as well as the wifi wasn’t working either. And lastly because I came during the cold season, the blankets and bedding provided wasn’t accommodating.
