"Found a cockroach in executive suite. Manager promised to take off upgrade charge and free wifi for 3rd device but he did not do as promised"

"For a strip hotel, and the prices, I expected more - a larger pool that stays open later, airport shuttle, updated rooms. The main part of the hotel is the nicest and shows where they put most of the money. My room had stained wall coverings and a clogged shower drain so you couldn't use the double showerhead feature. I probably wouldn't stay here again. "
