Multiple stays at this hotel due to the typically good prices and quality. The room was clean and great as typical and the suite was actually a suite. However, their service was abysmal. Hospitality isn’t in their vocabulary. Check in is typically understandably terrible but it was followed up by shotty poolside service and a completely rude smoothie bar. Don’t waste your time with individuals who look and act dead inside as if they’re being forced to work off a debt. If you need a deal, stay here. If you want a pleasant experience, keep looking.

Check in was a complete nightmare. For a property of this size and age you think they would be better organized for checking in. I tried at least 10 times to do it at the kiosk but it kept freezing up. I asked an employee for help and unless you knew the exact questions he would not offer any help. There was another customer that said he knew the employees mother so the employee told that guy to go to the family and friends line. Honestly it was of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had at any hotel. After standing in line for over an hour I finally made it to customer service.
