「Horrible stay. Pictures showed a room with 2 queen beds and all there was was 1 full size bed. The place was nasty. The lights did not work. Expedia customer service was no help. Got taken to the cleaners and paid $310 for the room. Called Expedia to get a refund and the would not help. I will think twice about using Expedia again. Don’t stay here!! Terrible customer service.」

「Overall my husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Our room was beautiful, we were in an upper valley king room. It wasn’t totally clear when we booked but these are basically on the second floor of a motel style building. I loved the huge window that was aligned with the bed; this meant you could lay in bed and still enjoy the views. We also loved the saunas and enjoyed the pool, which actually did feel heated! 「We had just one night, but felt it to be a true homebase for a visit. First, of note, was the very (!) comfortable bed , thoughtful amenities --including a TV with streaming subscriptions all loaded. along with added space to settle in the sitting room which had a fridge and freezer. The centrality of this charming historic property --within easy walking distance of sites, restaurants, book store and shops--was of importance to us. 「Rooms are small and quirky and have a lovely view of the lush meadow. The owners are very friendly and let us pet their cats. Air conditioning unit worked well. Parking was a breeze. The Manor is very quiet at night, you can hear your neighbors creaking down the hallway so it doesn't offer a feeling of privacy. It's a nice safe haven in a beautiful area.」
